We collect only what is necessary to provide the service: your email address, display name, and — when you sign in with Google — your Google profile picture. We also store preferences and watchlists you create within the app.
2. Why We Collect It
Your information is used solely to authenticate you and personalise your experience. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. How Data Is Stored
All data is stored on our project servers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
4. Advertising & Trackers
StockShip contains no advertisements and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies are set.
6. Google Sign-In
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your email address and public profile picture from Google's OAuth service. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
7. Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Danger Zone.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Account deletion permanently removes all stored information. To request an export of your data or for any other privacy concern, contact us directly.
9. Children's Privacy
StockShip is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
